All photographs and videos remain property of Studio 39, LLC. Rental Photography services come with a limited use license for the photographs and videos. License allows the client to utilize the photographs and videos to the express purpose of marketing and renting the property. Photographs and videos may be utilized by the client on any rental or other listing service (airbnb, Vrbo, Zillow, etc.), all social media accounts, and print media. License does not allow the client to sell the photographs or videos in any manner, including, but not limited to, books, printed photographs, and sales to other agents, brokers, or homeowners. License is valid for three (3) years, or until the ownership of the property transfers to another owner. License is not transferable to any other party without express written permission from Studio 39, LLC. By booking any service with Studio 39, LLC, you agree to these terms and conditions.
