All photographs and videos remain property of Studio 39, LLC. Real Estate Photography services come with a limited use license for the photographs and videos. License allows the client to utilize the photographs and videos to the express purpose of marketing and selling the property. Photographs and videos may be utilized by the client on any MLS or other listing service (Zillow, Trulia, etc.), all social media accounts, and print media. License does not allow the client to sell the photographs or videos in any manner, including, but not limited to, books, printed photographs, and sales to other agents or brokers. License is valid for 365 days or the sale of the property, whichever comes first. License is not transferable to any other party without express written permission from Studio 39, LLC.
